LeBron James is considered as one of the greatest player in the world right now and I'm sure when he retire, he will become one of the legends in basketball because of the records that he made in NBA, I don’t know about you if you’re a fan of LBJ or not.

Pero naniniwala ko na mag agree ka saken sa sinasabe ko ngayon right?

I'm righting this article hindi dahel fan ako ni LBJ but I’m writing this because I want to share the strategy of LBJ especially if you’re a marketer right now!

You know why LBJ maintains his fame and success; it is because he promotes himself as an ALPHA or a LEADER in his niche!

People follow him not because he was in Cleveland or Miami, sinusundan sya ng mga tao dahel kay LBJ mismo!

Ginawa nyang valuable ang sarili nya sa mata ng mga tao, how?

Through hard work in the gym and a loooooooooooooooooots of training!

Lahat ng mga team na pinuntahan nya pinasikat nya! Hindi ang team ang nagpasikat sa kanya!

Yun ang dapat mong gawen bilang isang MARKETER!

Ang iba kase ang mindset nila, kapag nasa magandang company sila magiging successful na ren sila agad!

Pero baket maraming marketer na nasa magandang company naman pero puro failure pa ren ang napapala nila!

Yun ang hindi nakikita ng maraming marketer, pero hindi nila na realize na hindi dahel nasa best company sila or best product pero dahel hindi nila naiintindihan ang pagiging isang ALPHA or a leader at maging valuable sa paningin ng ibang tao.

By equipping yourself with the right knowledge and skills na kelangan mo and by doing that you can make yourself valuable sa mata ng mga prospect mo.

Tayong mga tao likas saten na ma-attract sa mga tao na alam naten na matutulungan tayo at matuturuan tayo.

Maraming mga marketer ang dini-disregard tong concept na to!

Imbis na sarili nila ang unang i-promote nila ang company ang una nilang pino-promote!

People will join you and follow you if they will start to KNOW, LIKE and TRUST YOU!

Pero panu mo yun magagawa kung wala kang right knowledge and skills?

Magtitiwala kaba sa mga taong hindi ka kayang tulungan?

Of course not! Kaya make yourself so valuable!

Position yourself as an alpha or a leader!

Invest in your knowledge, attend more training's and seminars, read more books and seek mentors that can guide you.

LBJ are so successful because of this principle! Hindi nya nga kelangan I convince ang mga tao para I follow sya!

Pero nagawa nya yun dahel alam na ng tao kung gaano kahusay si LBJ hindi dahel nasa Cleveland sya or nasa Miami!

Kung ikaw ang isang marketer na gagaweng valuable ang sarili nya kahet anong company pa ang Puntahan mo panigurado ako people will definitely follow you!

Sa panahon ngayon napakadali na lang i-promote ang sarili mo as an Alpha and you can do that by the use of internet!
