How To Heal Your Broken Heart?

Have you been hurt by someone? Yung feeling na umasa at pinaasa ka lang? O, di naman kaya, ipinagpalit ka ng BF o GF mo sa iba? At feeling mo iniwan ka niya sa ere..

Siguro naranasan mo na ring traydorin ng pinagkakatiwalaan mong kaibigan?At naranasan ding masaktan ng kapamilya mo, sobrang sakit nuh?

May mga bagay talaga na hindi natin pwedeng iwasan at talagang dadaan tayo sa ganung sitwasyon ng buhay natin, ito yung  painful part ng buhay natin na nakadudurog talaga ng puso natin.

Alam mo, kung nasa ganyang sitwasyon ka ng buhay mo ngayon, mas matuwa ka!! Alam mo ba kung bakit??

According to the Bible...

The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit. Psalm 34:18

Maybe, dahil sa sakit na nararamdaman mo ngayon maaaring hindi ka maniniwala dito, dahil iisipin mo na kung kasama mo talaga si Lord, why is He allowing these things to happen in your life? Why is He letting me experience to get hurt and feel so much pain?

Kung ako tatanungin mo?

HINDI ko din alam bakit nangyari yan... Only God knows it!

Pero naniniwala ako na He allows it because He has a Purpose!

Five years ago, I was a broken man, gusto ko na talaga mag give- up before because someone broke my heart!

Eto yung mga emo days ng buhay ko, gabi-gabi umiiyak ako ng sobra dahil hindi ko mapigilan yung sakit na nararamdaman ko.

I questioned God why did He allow it, bakit Niya hinayaan na mawala yung nag-iisang babaeng mahal ko??

I hit the rock bottom! I was down financially and emotionally!

You know, in those times of my trials dun ako mas kumapit kay Lord, kahit sobrang sakit na talaga ng nararamdaman ko kumapit lang ako ng mahigpit sa Kanya at nagtiwala ako na lilipas din ito.

Kung pwede nga lang na sa isang iglap eh mawala na ang saket at hapdi ng puso ko...

Pero dun ko mas napatunayan that God is so faithful and sovereign because in those times that I'm grieving, He is working behind the scene! He's filling my love tank and healing my brokenness inside!

My pains 5 years ago became my GAIN and my trials became my TRIUMPH!

Tatlong bagay ang ginawa ko to move on, alam mo kung anu-ano yun?

I Let Go, I Grow and I Glow  (^_^)

I LET GO...

I know most of the time yung mga pains na nasa puso natin eh parang ang hirap pakawalan, paulit-ulit natin tong naiisip.

But you know you must let go and let God do the rest..

Let GOD fight your battle and be still and rest, pakawalan mo na yan because it's not worth it!

God has wonderful plans in your life, may nabasa nga akong quotation..

I GROW..

Dahil sa experience ko in the past, dun ako natuto dahil sa mga masasakit na nangyari sakin, common sense lang naman di ba? bakit mo pa gagawin yung mga bagay na nagdulot ng sakit sayo? :)

You will become wiser because of all your failures in the past..

I GLOW..

I become a wound- healer to others. Kapag meron kang nakitang tao na nakaka-experience ng pinag daanan mo in the past you can able to help that person to overcome that challenge.

Maybe right now you are in that same situation, or maybe,  worst pa yung experience mo ngayon.

I believe this with all my heart, that our God is bigger than your problem, your biggest problem can become your blessing!

Your problem is a blessing in disguise!

You know, because of that problem and trial I have been through, it helped me to become bolder and to become a better person!

I’m not saying that I’m already totally completely healed because I’m still work in progress.

Pero anu ang kaibahan noon at sa ngayon?

Tuwing naalala ko yung mga past experiences ko?

Tinatawanan ko na lang and I always thank God because He rescued and saved me from all the pains that I’ve been through!

How to heal your broken heart?

Go to God! Isuko mo lahat ng mga pains na nasa puso mo, make it as your offering to Him and allow Him to move freely in your life.

Magpakatotoo ka! Kung nagagalit ka be angry , ilabas mo lahat yan sa Kanya! Lahat ng sama ng loob mo ilabas mo!

Why? Kasi yun ang gusto ng Diyos ang magpakatotoo ka! God gave us that emotion that’s why He totally understands you!

God knows that you’re only a human, that’s why He is there for you!

God will never waste your pain; He will use it to be your GAIN!

God is on your side and He will rescue you!
