Many people that I’ve talk to wants to win in life, they want to be VICTORIOUS in life bihira lang siguro ang tao na ayaw maging successful at Manalo sa buhay.

Most of us want to achieve success in all area and aspect of our life but we must always remember that the way through success is not a straight line!

Sa totoo lang it is a CURVE and ZIG ZAG line, parang ganito..

Isang malaking hallucination kung iisipin mo na madali lang maging successful!

Yes hindi sya madali, pero it is possible kung talagang determinado kang magtagumpay sa buhay I’m sure marami kanang narinig na success story na rags to riches, isipin mo kung sila nagawa nila baket hindi mo kayang gawen diba?

There’s no shortcut to success and there are 7 determinants for VICTORY according to John Maxwell at yun ang gusto kong i-share sayo ngayon..

A victory begin with a VISION

All dreams started in a vision, lahat ng nakikita mo sa paligid mo ngayon nag-simula lang yan sa imagination!

Success start in your mind, every day you should always imagine that you already achieving your goals, kitang kita mo na yung gusto mong gawen at ma accomplish sa buhay mo.

You should clearly know it! Baket?

Kase kahet anung struggles and failures pa ang pag daanan mo, kahet anu pang criticism ang sabihin sayo ng ibang tao hindi ka sususko kase may vision ka eh!

You must know your end goal and that’s the way to be victorious in life, kase darating talaga yung point na mapapagod ka, yung tipo na aabot ka sa dead end na parang wala naman nangyayare sa ginagawa mo.

Pero dahel may Vision ka at nakikita mo yung dreams mo? Yan ang magdadala sayo sa tagumpay!

Look at Steve Jobs , lahat ng mga na-imbento nyo sa apple lahat yan nag-simula lang sa vision, in fact maraming tao pa nga ang hindi naniniwala sa kanya , pero dahel may vision sya at pinanghawakan nya yun kaya isa sya ngayon sa mga great people na nag-contribute sa humanity.

Kaya naniniwala ako kung anu man yang pangarap mo, you can achieve it!

The next key to victory is INSTRUCTION

Wala pakong kilala na successful na tao na hindi nag plano, all of their achievement are preceded by careful planning.

There’s a saying “if you fail to plan, you plan to fail”

Walang successful na tao na disorganized!

Kaya nga sila successful eh kase they plan ahead of time at eto yung isa sa importanteng bagay na dapat mong gawen.

There is no success without proper CONDITIONING

Sometimes success are not determined kung sinu ang unang nagsimula, successful people has longer stamina to stay on track kahet na sobrang hirap na!

Sometimes the difference of the first and the second place is the stamina and the determination!

Ang pagigig successful ay hindi kung sinu nauna!

Ang pagiging successful ay yung mga tao na hindi bibigay kahet anong bagyo ang ibato sa kanila!

Here’s my big question, do you want to become successful?

If Yes ang sagot mo, please don’t quit and NEVER GIVE UP!

Many people that are so close already in their dreams pero hindi nila na achieve yun, why? Because they quit, hindi na nila nakayanan eh.

Kaya ngayon pa lang condition yourself not to quit even in the midst of storms!

Victory can be realize only when one has TARGET

Na-imagine mo na ba kung ang isang archer walang target? Malamang baka kung san san lang tumama yung arrow nya!

Ganun din sa buhay naten, you must know anu ba ang PURPOSE at GOAL mo sa buhay!

You must have crystal clear goal sa buhay mo dahel kung wala sabog ang focus mo at sayang lang yung energy mo araw araw.

Alam mo napansin ko why most people are not successful? Kase wala silang target!

Walang silang goal sa buhay!

Oo nga naman, panu ka makakarating sa pupuntahan mo kung hindi mo alam san ka pupunta?

Make sense?

It’s like a football field without a goal line, a basketball field without home plate!

Kaya make sure to have a target.

Victory can be secured only with the help of OTHERS

Siguro narinig mo na yung katagang “Self-made millionaire”, parang medyo hindi ako agree dito?

Why? Dahel wala naman talagang self-made eh, kase hindi mo kaya yan mag-isa I’m pretty sure those successful people kaya sila nag tagumpay eh may mga taong tumulong sa kanila, may mga team na nasa likod nila.

Kaya nga may kantang “walang sinu man ang nabubuhay para sa sarili lamang”; you need the help of others for you to succeed in life my friend.

Each person must fulfill his or her RESPONSIBILITY

Lahat tayo binigyan ni Lord ng responsibility kesyo maliit man yan or Malaki kelangan mo yang gampanan at i-accept mo yan! Baket?

Dahel dyan ka mas mag-grow as a person when you accept responsibility in your life.

The last and most important key to victory is YOU

OO!! Tama ang nababasa mo... IKAW! IKAW ang susi sa tagumpay mo wala ng iba!

Your successes will determined by you!

Lage kong naririnig to, “kaya ako mahirap eh dahel pinanganak akong mahirap eh”

Kapatid hindi mo kasalanang pinanganak kang mahirap!

Pero kasalanan mo pag NAMATAY KANG MAHIRAP dahel may CHOICE ka!

God gave you the free will to choose para sa future mo, hindi na siguro bago sayo yung mga story ng mga nag-tagumpay sa buhay na galling sa hirap tama?

Alam mo wala kang pinag kaiba sa kanila, dahel katulad mo meron din silang dalawang kamay at paa!

I believe God give us an equal opportunity sa mundong to, kaya ang kinabukasan at pagiging successful mo ay nakasalalay sa kamay mo, yang mga kamay na yan ang magdadala sayo sa mga pangarap mo.

Sabe nga ni Henry Ford “if you think you can or you can’t either way your right”

The choice is yours! Pero kung ako sayo I will pursue SUCCESS!!
